Moderator

Ephraim Cohen, EVP of Innovation and Chair of the Technology and Digital Media Industry Group, oversees technology and digital media clients as well as community building strategies at MWW Group.  Ephraim Cohen is also the founder of The Fortex Group, an industry community building firm with communities targeting the media, music, video and marketing industries.  Prior to founding The Fortex Group, Ephraim was EVP/GM of Technology at Edelman.   At Edelman, he headed up Edelman’s Boston operations, served as the EVP/GM of the East Coast Technology practice and was a part of the global technology management committee.  Ephraim began his career at Business Week Magazine as an Assistant Editor in the Executive Programs division. Ephraim later became the Managing Director of the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC), where he worked on trade policy and served as Manager of the Digital Future Coalition, an organization focused on global copyright policy.   Ephraim holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from Georgetown University’s Graduate Public Policy Program.

Stephen Bradley serves as the CEO of AuthorBee, a collaborative storytelling platform designed for content creation and fan engagement that is being applied to a variety of customer applications, including content marketing, publishing and education.  Bradley is an early Pandora investor and board member, Skillsoft founding board member, Gartner officer & EVP, Gartner Learning President, Incuvest Managing Director, Key Principal Partners Managing Director and recently officer & President of Entertainment with the NPD Group. He has been involved in disruptive, game-changing media ventures since 1982 when he helped develop and commercialize the first interactive video technology developed at the MIT Media Lab. Bradley has an A.B. from Dartmouth College in Computer Science & English, and he is a member of both the Grammy Recording Academy and the General Assembly incubator in Manhattan.

Joseph Jaffe is one of the most sought-after consultants, speakers and thought leaders on innovation, marketing, new media and social media. Joseph Jaffe is Founder and CEO of Evol8tion, LLC, an innovation boutique that connects early stage startups with established brands to partner via acceleration, pilot programs and/or investment. Evol8tion’s clients include Unilever, Mondelez International, Anheuser-Busch InBev, P&G & Kraft Foods. He previously founded and ran social media boutique, crayon, before it was acquired. Ted Yang is Founder and Chief Technology Officer of MediaCrossing and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since inception. Prior to co-founding MediaCrossing, Yang led several world-class technology and quantitative teams in their search for alpha, notably as Deputy CTO of Tudor Investment Corporation, Deputy CTO of Bridgewater Associates, and as consulting CTO to several other well-known funds. Prior to this, Yang ran the Foreign Exchange technology departments at Citadel Investment Group and SalomonSmithBarney. Yang has founded, invested in, and advised many startup companies including as Founder and Managing Partner of the Stamford Innovation Center, Founder and CTO of eTechTransfer, winner of the Wharton Business Plan Competition of 2000, founding investor and board member of ChemPacific Corporation, Connex International and Epiomed Therapeutics. 

Jason Young is the CEO of Crisp Media. Jason is a 20 year media industry veteran at the forefront of the digital advertising market in the U.S. Jason joined Crisp in December 2011, as part of the company's acquisition of Smart Device Media, a premium mobile ad network, where Young was CEO. Prior to founding Smart Device Media, Jason spent nearly two decades with technology media titan Ziff Davis, the last three as CEO. At Ziff Davis, Jason helped craft and execute the strategies that transformed market leading brands like PC Magazine from print to digital distribution. With expertise in emerging digital advertising trends, Jason has lent his vision as a leader in key industry organizations like American Business Media, Interactive Advertising Bureau, and Google Publisher Advisory Committee.  Jason resides in Larchmont, NY with his wife Melissa and three children.
